Dubuque bike rider hurt in crash
Man was transported to Finley after being hit by a vehicle on Roosevelt

A Dubuque man was injured on his bicycle after he was struck by a car Tuesday morning, according to an accident report.

Terrence J. Weidemann, 56, 2237 Southway Drive, was transported to The Finley Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. A condition report was not available.

Weidemann was travelling south on Rhomberg Avenue around 9:17 a.m. when a car turned left onto Roosevelt Road without yielding, police said.

Irene P. Revenig, 79, 2602 Galena Drive, was cited with failure to yield from a left turn. Revenig was driving northbound on Rhomberg Avenue when she turned left onto Roosevelt Road, striking Weidemann. Revenig didn’t report any injuries.
