Danielle Day, of Carnegie-Stout Public Library in Dubuque, completed all requirements for public librarian certification by the State Library of Iowa.
To receive a certificate, individuals must meet certain work experience and educational requirements. Certification is a voluntary program and certificates are valid for three years.
