SPORTS BANQUETS Northwest Illinois Sports Hall of Fame Commitee Meeting Sept. 9 — The Northwest Illinois Sports Hall of Fame Committee will meet Wednesday, Sept. 9 at Cattail Park in Fulton. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. with the meeting to follow.
All members are urged to attend the meeting, at which final arrangements for the 2009 banquet will be made. The 2009 Hall of Fame banquet is Saturday, Oct. 10 at Buck’s Barn, north of Thomson.
