Megan J. Roberts, 20, was transported to the Freeport Memorial Hospital. Hospital officials refuse to disclose patient condition reports.
Just before 7 a.m. Sunday, Roberts was traveling eastbound on East Binkley Road when she collided with a car turning from East Binkley Road onto South Mapes Drive, according to the Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Department.
An accident report did not indicate that the other driver, Robert C. Kappes, 77, was injured.
The accident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed.
