3 injured in 2-vehicle Grant County crash

KIELER, Wis. -- A two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon in rural Grant County sent three Hazel Green residents to the hospital.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Sandy Hook Road and Rock Cut Road near Kieler around 4:20 p.m., according to the Grant County Sheriff's Department.

A vehicle driven by Adam Jobgen, 17, of Hazel Green, was traveling east on Sandy Hook Road and approaching the Rock Cut Road intersection.

Constance Kuhl, 46, of Hazel Green, was traveling south on Rock Cut Road and ran through a stop sign, colliding with Jobgen at the intersection, according to reports.

Both vehicles were heavily damaged and towed away from the scene.

Kuhl, Jobgen and his passenger, Tiffany Maier, 16, of Hazel Green, were transported to a local hospital.

The press release did not indicate the hospital where the victims were taken or their conditions.

Fire departments from Dickeyville, Hazel Green and Jamestown assisted at the scene.
