PLATTEVILLE, Wis. -- Jewelry maker Beth Molesworth is Rountree Gallery's Artist of the Month.

Her work is on display at Clare Bank, 345 W. Pine St.

Molesworth was raised on a farm near Cuba City and lived in Texas and New Hampshire before returning to the area and settling in Platteville with her husband and son.

She works with shells, crystal, glass and metallic beads, looking for unique beads at venues when she travels. She has created mother's bracelets, school/team pieces and wine bottle covers. Brides have commissioned her to design and create jewelry for wedding parties.

She hosts an annual open house in November.
