Manchester man granted change of venue
Robert Krogmann is charged with attempted murder, accused of shooting his girlfriend.

MANCHESTER, Iowa - A change of venue has been granted in the trial of a Manchester man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend in March.

Robert Krogmann, 50, of Manchester, will stand trial at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, in Dubuque County District Court after Judge Monica Ackley granted his request for a change of venue from Delaware County.

Krogmann has been charged with attempted murder and willful injury after he allegedly shot Jean Smith, 48, of Manchester, at her home on March 13.
