Police
Dubuque police reported the following:
* Oky Doky, 1256 Iowa St., reported burglary to a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card, occurring between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect stole a wallet from a car and made several fraudulent purchases with a stolen credit card. The wallet contained $180 cash, two credit cards and a Social Security Card. The total dollar amount stolen has not yet been determined.

* Ronald L. Kennedy, 39, 1906 Ellis St., was arrested Thursday on charges of public intoxication and unlawful possession of prescription medicine.

* Scott A. Fleck, 34, of Asbury, Iowa, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

* Gerald M. Nadermann, 47, 612 Lincoln Ave., was arrested Thursday on a warrant for a parole violation. Nadermann is on parole until Nov. 15 after being sentenced in 2002 on a second-degree theft charge in Jackson County. Nadermann is being held in the Dubuque County Jail.
