Dubuque police reported the following:
* Joshua D. Glenn, 23, 2662 Pinard St., was arrested on a warrant late Tuesday charging second-degree burglary.

* Pioneers Rest Stop, 4900 Old Highway Road, reported $500 in damage to a glass door between 1:10 and 1:20 a.m. Wednesday.

* Jody L. Gartner, 36, Durango, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault with injury after the Dubuque County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic assault call. Authorities say Gartner assaulted Wade Gartner, 39, of the same address, between 1:20 and 1:40 a.m. Wednesday.
