A Shullsburg, Wis., man was arrested on a charge of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse early Monday in Fayette County.
Authorities were called to a rural Arlington home around 5 a.m. Monday on a report of an assault. Jason S. Reynolds, 38, was identified as a suspect and located after a four-hour search by the sheriff's department and Iowa State Patrol, according to the Fayette County Sheriff's Department.
In addition to the assault charge, Reynolds was arrested on charges of trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in custody at the Fayette County Jail.
