(New) 15th Street will be closed at Locust Street for asphalt resurfacing. Anticipated reopening: 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6.

Iowa 13, from Strawberry Point to Elkader, is restricted to one lane for repair work and concrete patching. Flaggers and pilot cars will assist traffic. Anticipated reopening: Nov. 11.

Locust Street, from Ninth to 17th streets, is closed to all traffic for asphalt resurfacing. Anticipated reopening: Nov. 6.

U.S. 52, from Guttenberg, Iowa, to Iowa 3, will be subject to intermittent lane closures for subdrain and patching work. Anticipated reopening: end of October.

Olde Davenport Road is closed at the bridge, located about 500 feet south of U.S. 151/61, for bridge reconstruction. Anticipated reopening: Nov. 20.

Monastery Road, between McAndrews Road and U.S. 151, is closed for culvert replacement. Anticipated reopening: Jan. 1.

11th Street, between Bluff and Locust streets, is limited to one traffic lane. The eastbound traffic lane is closed because of Carnegie-Stout Library renovation. Anticipated reopening: Dec. 18.

Eighth Street is closed from Locust to Main streets. Anticipated reopening: to be announced.

15th Street at Fairview is closed indefinitely for public safety as a result of the condition of a retaining wall.
