Incumbent Ric Jones and Kevin Lynch were victorious in the Dubuque City Council election today.
Jones earned 2,956 while Marcos Rubinstein had 753 votes in the at-large race. Lynch had 827 votes to 317 for Bill Hammel in Ward 1.
