Clarke Drive, between North Grandview Avenue and St. Ambrose Street, is closed to westbound traffic for sanitary sewer work. Eastbound traffic will be allowed to travel through the area. Anticipated reopening: 5 p.m. tomorrow.

Mineral Street, between Gilliam Street and Princeton Place, is closed for street repairs. Anticipated reopening: 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11.

15th Street will be closed at Locust Street for asphalt resurfacing. Anticipated reopening: 5 p.m. tomorrow.

Locust Street, from Ninth to 17th streets, is closed to all traffic for asphalt resurfacing. Anticipated reopening: tomorrow.

Olde Davenport Road is closed at the bridge, located about 500 feet south of U.S. 151/61, for bridge reconstruction. Anticipated reopening: Nov. 20.

11th Street, between Bluff and Locust streets, is limited to one traffic lane. The eastbound traffic lane is closed because of Carnegie-Stout Library renovation. Anticipated reopening: Dec. 18.

Eighth Street is closed from Locust to Main streets. Anticipated reopening: to be announced.

Iowa 13, from Strawberry Point to Elkader, is restricted to one lane for repair work and concrete patching. Anticipated reopening: Nov. 11.

Monastery Road, between McAndrews Road and U.S. 151, is closed for culvert replacement. Anticipated reopening: Jan. 1.

15th Street at Fairview is closed indefinitely for public safety as a result of the condition of a retaining wall.
