11th Street, between Bluff and Locust streets, is limited to one traffic lane. The eastbound traffic lane is closed because of Carnegie-Stout Library renovation. Anticipated reopening: Dec. 18.

Iowa 13, from Strawberry Point to Elkader, is restricted to one lane for repair work and concrete patching. Anticipated reopening: Nov. 11.
Monastery Road, between McAndrews Road and U.S. 151, is closed for culvert replacement. Anticipated reopening: Jan. 1.
15th Street at Fairview is closed indefinitely for public safety as a result of the condition of a retaining wall.
