Authorities say that a Cuba City, Wis., man accused of growing marijuana in his home mailed more than $15,000 to Grass Valley, Calif., according to a search warrant.

Marc T. Millitzer, 28, was arrested last week on a charge of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities said they found two indoor marijuana-growing operations at a house in Hazel Green, Wis., with a "large amount" of marijuana.

Employees at a local shipping and delivery center reported a suspicious package on Oct. 29. The return address listed Millitzer's Cuba City home, and the package was to be shipped to an address in Grass Valley, Calif.

A drug dog indicated the presence of narcotics, though police did not find any inside the package. They did find $15,200 in cash, according to court documents.

Millitzer is a local glass-blowing artist and organic farmer. Andrea M. Grace, 34, of Cuba City, was arrested on the same charges.
