Jim Normandin
TH Publisher/VP Woodward Communications, Inc.

Jim joined the Telegraph Herald in February 2004 as Publisher and was promoted to WCI VP in 2005. He has a broad background in the publishing field having held executive leadership (corporate, group publisher and advertising positions) with Pulitzer Publishing Company, St. Louis, MO; Journal Register Company, New Haven, Connecticut; and Gannett Publishing Company. Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Dubuque Chamber of Commerce; United Way Services, Inc.; and AccessDubuqueJobs.com. He is chairman of the Print Power Plus Task Force, Iowa Newspaper Association; Board of Directors of the Independent Newspaper Group; and co-chair of the circulation committee of Inland Newspaper Association. Jim is a past board member of the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra. In 2004, Jim traveled to the Ukraine promoting Freedom of the Press. Jim is a graduate of the Southern Production Program, Inc., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Brian Cooper
Executive Editor

Telegraph Herald executive editor since 1986, Brian has overall responsibility for the editorial product - news, features, sports, opinion and photography. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is an officer of the Iowa Newspaper Foundation board and a past president of the Iowa Freedom of Information Council. Cooper's biography of Dubuque County native Urban "Red" Faber, a Hall of Fame pitcher for the Chicago White Sox (1914-33), was published by McFarland & Co. in late 2006.

Steve Fisher
General Manager

Steve came to the TH in July of 2001 as Retail Advertising Manager. He served as TH Ad Director and Director of Sales & Marketing prior to being named General Manager in 2007. Before coming to Dubuque, Steve was the Advertising Manager at the Herald-Whig in Quincy, IL. He held publisher, general manager and advertising positions for Liberty Group Publishing Co. and American Publishing Co. Steve has a bachelor's degree in communication from Truman State University.

Randy Rodgers
Electronic Media Director

Randy directs Telegraph Herald web sites and other technological research & development activities. He has been with the TH since 1988, holding numerous positions in the editorial, technical and advertising departments. Prior to coming to the TH, Randy worked for newspapers in Kewanee and Galva, Illinois. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Illinois University.

Cindy Leibfried
Business Manager

Cindy is the Telegraph Herald business manager and publisher's assistant. She is responsible for business functions and administration for the Telegraph Herald. She is also Assistant to the TH Publisher. She began her TH career in 1977 in advertising and was Administrative Assistant to the Publisher from 1983 to 2000.
