Wallace Gibson, QPA, QKA, joined Steele Capital Management as director of Retirement Plan Services. He has 20 years of experience in the retirement-planning industry with 15 years as compliance manager for Great Lakes Pension in Detroit, Mich.

Joanne Huss joined TAG Communications as new account manager to the marketing team. She will work with accounts in the Dubuque region. Huss has more than 20 years of industry experience, specifically focused in advertising and media management. She formerly worked as senior account executive at the Telegraph Herald and an account manager for the former KDUB-TV; she also had worked at Freeport Memorial Hospital.

Jeffrey E. Hiatt joined Clemens, Walters, Conlon & Meyer, LLP, as a member of the law firm at 2080 Southpark Court, Dubuque. He graduated from Ohio Northern University College of Law, Ada, Ohio in May 2011 and was admitted to the Iowa Bar on Sept. 23. His areas of practice include, but will not be limited to, general practice, litigation, criminal law, family law, landlord/tenant law and probate.

Prudential Financial Inc. announced the following:

Randy Martinez joined the company as director, Relationship Management Key Accounts. He will lead the relationship management service teams in Dubuque that serve the largest customers. He formerly held various senior level roles at Charles Schwab and JP Morgan Retirement Services.

Doug Milliner joined the company as a relationship manager. He will be supporting the Target Market, focusing on plans between $8 million and $35 million.

Carrie Pozdol joined the company as a customer service representative. She will be providing customer service to plan participants in Prudential's Retirement division.

Michael Otting rejoined the company as a compliance testing and reporting specialist.

Chad Kohlenberg has joined the company as a relationship management specialist.

Crystal Wells joined Copyworks as an outside sales representative. She will be working with customers helping them with their printing and copying needs. She has a sales and administrative background.

Linda Budde joined Premier Bank as a mortgage lender. She will be based out of the bank's Northwest Arterial location. She formerly worked at State Central Bank and has 45 years of lending experience.
