Lisa Repp, a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville's online master's degree in project management, has earned the prestigious 2013 North American James R. Snyder International Student Paper of the Year Award.
Repp's thesis "Factors that Influence Critical Chain Project Management Implementation Success," garnered her $500 and an all-expense-paid trip to the 2013 PMI Global Congress, North America, Oct. 27-29 in New Orleans, where she will present her findings. She also will share her findings during "Secrets to Success -- A Learning Conference for Project Managers and Supply Chain Professionals," May 20-23 at UW-P.
The James R. Snyder International Student Paper of the Year Award recognizes excellence in student development of original concepts in project management.
Repp is a supervisor of quality management and process improvement for Colorbiotics, a BASF-owned company in Ames, Iowa. BASF is a leading chemical company with more than 110,000 employees worldwide.
