Mary Grace (Terry) Quinn, 81, formerly of Dubuque, passed away peacefully with her family at her side Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, in Chanhassen, Minn.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Hubert Catholic Community, 8201 Main St., Chanhassen.

Mary was born on April 5, 1931, in Cuba City, Wis., daughter of Dr. Robert E. Terry and Loretta Terry. She attended high school at The Visitation Academy, Dubuque, graduating in 1949 and then attended Marquette University.

In 1951, she married Bill Quinn and lived in Dubuque until 1982 when, after raising a family of seven, relocated to Port Richey, Fla. Following the death of Bill in October of 2011, Mary relocated to Rochester, Minn., where she lived until moving to hospice in Chanhassen.

Mary was a devout Catholic and loving mother who committed her life to her husband, children and faith.

Surviving are her seven children, Fran (Steve) Wallig, Jeanne Quinn, Vincie (Bill) Metcalf, Bill Jr., Terry (Bill) Schabel, Andy and Bart (Linda); 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Pat Quinn (Kris); and a sister-in-law, Josephine Terry.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Robert, William and John, and her late husband of 60 years, William G. Quinn Sr.
