Family: The daughter of Bill and Wilma Hogan, she has been married to Ron Goerdt, West Delaware Community Schools finance director and board secretary, since 1978. Their sons are Adam, 21, a senior computer science major at Wartburg College, and Alex, 20, a junior graphic communications major at the University of Northern Iowa. Two dogs, Meecah and Mookie, round out the household.
